I had my fireplace gas insert serviced today by Jacob. I am absolutely thrilled for the first time I can operate my fireplace with peace of mind! He explained the pilot to me, how my insert worked etc. He was so pleasant, very knowledgeable. He handled all my worries! I am so very pleased.
