Dear Woodstove Fireplace & Patio Shop Customers,
I would like to update you about our services while we are addressing the challenges of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). At present, our retail store will remain open during normal business hours. Should that change, I will post notifications on our website and other relevant channels. While our retail store stays open, we are taking the following precautionary measures:
- Stringent cleaning measures. We will frequently clean display items, check out areas, and other commonly touched surfaces.
- Positioning of sanitizing products on the showroom floor and check out areas.
- Requiring employees to stay home if they or anyone in their household feels unwell.
While our showroom remains open, I ask that if your business can be conducted over the phone or by e-mail you use those methods. We will do our best to address your matter as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide in home service those customers who have scheduled appointments. Scheduled customers will be given the choice to reschedule their appointment to a later date at their discretion. I have asked customers to reschedule their appointment if anyone in their household feels ill. Our service technicians will use sanitary precautions before and after each appointment.
I will closely monitor guidance from the CDC and local health officials and adjust our operations as necessary. The well-being of our customers, employees and communities as our first priority.
